Refund Policy
Lynx Battery offers a 30-day risk-free, guaranteed refund to the original purchaser. Customer is responsible for shipping products back to Lynx Battery. To initiate a return, please call or email customer service at Lynx Battery. If it is determined a return is in order, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, documentation, and shipping instructions. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days only. All returns must be in original mint condition, clean, "new" re-saleable, unaltered condition including original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), all factory accessories that came with the product, unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets, and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner.
We will not accept a return if the packaging is not in its original condition. If the product is received without an RMA number, or without the original invoice/receipt it is discarded or returned at the customer’s expense. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit is not our responsibility. All products should be inspected within 3 days of receipt for damage incurred in transit and/or product is missing components. Past this 3-day window Lynx Battery forfeits liability and the owner assumes responsibility for incurring damage, missing items, or negligence and fees for extended storage.
Once the return is received, examined, and tested an e-mail will be sent informing the customer if the return has been approved or not.
If denied it is the customer’s responsibility for shipping the product back or if the customer has not paid for return shipping, the product may be disposed of or destroyed after 90 days. If approved, the total refund will be for the original purchase price (less shipping and handling) and refunded to the same method used for the purchase.
